Your MindBody is incredibly brilliant, if you are reading this and you are someone
who experiences pain, dysfunction, 'stuckness' or anything less than optimized and thriving,
you may have just scoffed at that statement. We get it. You are not alone. We see this every... single... day. However, after thousands of hours of post-doctorate advanced studies, decades of assisting patients on their road to health and homeostasis, as well as navigating our own healing journeys (read more about this in our bios), we can say with absolute certainty that it is true, your MindBody is incredibly brilliant.
Your MindBody speaks. Are you listening? If you are like the rest of us, you likely unintentionally pushed the signs away for some time now, simply weren't quite ready to take control of reins (I'll deal with it later mindset), or just thought it would go away on its own- but it hasn't. Again, you are not alone. This is all too common. Please note, when the MindBody speaks yet is ignored for any reason, it usually gets louder and louder and even louder...until it has your undivided and now
increasingly frustrated attention.
Here's the thing. Your MindBody is a record of your life. From the moment you are conceived (and quite honestly even before that if we account for intergenerational trauma and belief systems), to this exact moment, your experiences create thoughts, which create emotions and then beliefs.
The stronger the emotional charge from the experience you had, the greater the internal chemical reaction. Over the years, the experiences in your life continue to add up. Even if you have shoved them way down and tried to move on or forget about it, deep down, at a cellular level, that imprint is still there, taking up space, affecting how you move, how you think, how you feel, how you function. Just as if those experiences were like socks in your dresser drawer and you never threw them out; they just collected over the years. Eventually, your drawer would be overflowing, difficult to manage, and even possibly stuck...UNTIL you decide you are ready to clean out the drawer and get rid of the socks that no longer serve you; the ones that don't fit, have holes, lost elasticity, etc.
Your MindBody is desperately longing to be heard. We invite you to allow us to not only translate (that's our genius by way of calibration and biofeedback) for your MindBody but to integrate Manual and/ or Quantum treatment modalities that will best serve you on your healing journey, not because we 'think so', but because we have listened to & communicated with your MindBody to know exactly what you need for optimal health and well-being.
It is true, most patients find us due to a physical pain or dysfunction, which is wonderful; sometimes the driver of that pain or dysfunction is truly physical in nature and can be treated as such. However, in the instance, the root cause, or driver, of the current pain or dysfunction is actually from another system in your MindBody (you are an interconnected being) causing a line of tension, a restriction, or a constriction, or if it is from an experience (sock) in your past that has remained in your MindBody (drawer) but no longer serves you; is depleting you of much needed energy, taking up space, releasing unnecessary chemicals, or breaking lines of communication for optimal health and well-being; we are here to assist you to optimal health and homeostasis (of any and all your systems, not just your pain point). Isn't that amazing? We not only think so, we know so, because we see it in our own lives and in our patient's lives each and every day. What a blessing!
