How to dress: Wear anything you are comfortable in / what you are wearing for the day. We are in a private room, 1 on 1, and we will not use exercise equipment. You may be sitting or laying on a treatment table.

Session length: Approximately 45-60 minutes. New patients may run up to 70 minutes depending on initial history intake.
